To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit or sometimes full payment at the time of the price quote. Being deposit ready at the time of price quote will ensure the desired vacation budget is achieved. After vacation quote has been agreed upon, all payment information will be required to process payment to vendor.
Once prices are quoted and confirmed, and you are ready to proceed with purchase a Credit Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process payment.
*Please note that completed travel inquiries are valid for up to 4 weeks. If additional or changed quotes are needed, another from will be required with applicable search/agent fees and all fees paid prior will be NON_REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.
