Fradulent activity is at an all time high. To protect you as our customer and our company upon submitting this form you will be required upload your passport and I.D below or email us a copy of you I.D and or passport. 

You will have 48 hours to submit this verification of identity. If we do not receive the requested documentation your payment will be refunded and reservation cancelled.

• By purchasing a trip from Royal Excursions, LLC you are acknowledging and aware that it is your responsibility to have a valid passport for the entire duration of the trip (6 months validity recommended). Royal Excursions, LLC bears no responsibility for advising and/or obtaining required travel documents for any guest, or for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your vacation related to improper documentation or government decisions about entry.
• Flights included in vacation packages are subject to the airlines' policies. Any requests for flight changes or cancellations should be directed to the booking airline. Please note that we do not provide customer service for airline related matters. Kindly be advised that you are solely responsible for any associated risks.
• By purchasing a trip from Royal Excursions, LLC, you acknowledge  and are aware that it is your responsibility to purchase anything not included on this trip. You understand that things are not included are; items and matters not referred to above, including but not limited to, additional fees charged by airlines such as checked and/or excess baggage, seat selections and any other services; passport and visa fees; insurance of all kinds; laundry; phone calls; optional experiences and activities; and all items of a personal nature. Additional taxes and surcharges may be collected by foreign governmental and non-governmental entities.
• If full payment is not received by the date outlined on this form, Royal Excursions, LLC and/or the supplier has the right to cancel your reservation. Your deposit and any previous payment will be forfeited. Royal Excursions, LLC will not be responsible for lost reservations. 
• Provided full payment has been received on time an registration completed, travel documents will be sent in electronic format no later than 21 days prior to departure.
• By purchasing a trip from Royal Excursions, LLC, you acknowledge and are aware that the trip details were curated with care and good faith, but are subject to change,  due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes do not forfeit the contract between the purchaser and the seller. You also acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with any activities you may partake in. Therefore, you understand, agree and assume full responsibility for such risk that you are alone responsible for based upon your decision to participate in such activities.
• You are urged to arrange comprehensive travel protection to cover ant unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip. Royal Excursions, LLC is not liable in any regard for your failure to adequately insure yourself; and you agree to indemnify and hold Royal Excursions, LLC harmless for any expenses or delays incurred as a result of your failure to adequately insure yourself.
• SPECIAL NOTE: If you have any issue (i.e legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the U.S., it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a U.S. passport and to travel outside of the U.S. Royal Excursions, LLC will not be responsible for any denied boarding or any entry/re-entry into any country due to legal matters. Travel Insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details.

I understand that this form is a legal binding contract and that by affixing my signature to this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon charges.
